The registration fee includes: admission to all sessions; breakfast, lunch, and coffee/refreshment breaks on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday; social event on Tuesday evening; conference proceedings on USB flash drive.

At least one author of each paper must register for the conference by the early registration deadline (July 25, 2019) in order for the paper to be published in the proceedings. Presentation of accepted papers at the conference is a requirement of publication. Any paper that is not presented at the conference will not be included in the proceedings.
